Q1. What is your minimum order quantity? Our minimum order quantity is just 1 piece. There is no minimum barrier at Kondyo Sports. Whether you need a single sample or a full bulk order, we are happy to help.

Q2. Can I order products with my own logo and branding? Absolutely. Full customization is at the heart of what we do. We can add your logo, labels, colors, and design to any product we manufacture. Send us your artwork and our design team will handle the rest.

Q3. Can I send my own design or do you have ready-made designs? Both options are available. You can send your own design files and we will manufacture to your exact specifications. Alternatively, our in-house design team can create a custom design for you based on your ideas and preferences — at no extra charge.

Q4. How long does production take? Sample production typically takes 7 to 10 working days. Bulk production time depends on order size and complexity, but generally ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. We will give you a clear production timeline when you place your order.

Q5. Do you offer samples before bulk production? Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to bulk production. This allows you to check the quality, fit, and branding before we scale up. Sample costs are generally deducted from your bulk order payment.

Q6. What printing methods do you use? We use several methods depending on the product and design requirements including sublimation printing for all-over full-color designs, embroidery for logos and patches, screen printing for simple bold designs, and heat transfer for labels and smaller branding elements.

Q7. What materials do you use in your products? We use premium materials selected for performance and durability including genuine leather and synthetic leather for boxing gloves and mitts, ripstop and pearl weave for BJJ Gi, neoprene for support and fitness gear, polyester and cotton blends for uniforms and training wear, and high-density foam for protective equipment.

Q8. Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We ship to every part of the world including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and Asia. We work with trusted international logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. For large bulk orders, sea freight is also available.

Q9. How long does shipping take? Express courier such as DHL or FedEx typically takes 5 to 7 business days to Europe and USA. Sea freight for large orders takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on destination. We provide tracking information for every shipment.

Q10. What payment methods do you accept? We accept international bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, PayPal for smaller orders, and payment through escrow services for new customers who prefer added security. We are happy to discuss payment terms for regular buyers.

Q11. Can I become an exclusive dealer or distributor in my country? Yes. We are actively offering exclusive dealership and distribution opportunities in all regions worldwide. If you are interested in representing Kondyo Sports in your country, please contact us directly to discuss the arrangement.

Q12. Do you offer size customization? Yes. We manufacture in all standard international sizes and can adapt sizing to your specific requirements including US sizing charts, European sizing charts, or a fully custom size specification.

Q13. Can I visit your factory? Yes, you are very welcome to visit our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. We are proud of our production setup and happy to give factory tours to serious buyers and business partners. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.

Q14. What if the product I receive has a quality issue? We maintain strict quality control throughout production, but if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
